TERMS OF SALE
All prices subject to change without notice. Prices are net 30 days. All accounts 60 days past due will be shipped C.O.D. All shipments are FOB Cullman, Al. Minimum invoice charge will be $25.00 net. We gladly accept Visa and Mastercard.
RETURNED MERCHANDISE
Authorization should be requested from S & L to return unused merchandise for credit. A minimum handling charge of 25% will apply. Cost of freight must be paid by customer.
WARRANTED MERCHANDISE
Warranted merchandise will be replaced by S & L Door. An invoice will be issued for the replacement item and credit will be applied upon return of bad merchandise. Cost of return is the responsibility of customer.
